Neighbours by chance - Friends by choice
Established in May 2013 Wythenshawe Good Neighbours (WGN) is a funded, volunteer led initiative concerned with reducing the impact of isolation and loneliness amongst our elderly Wythenshawe community.
WFM is a community radio station based in the heart of Wythenshawe town centre. It belongs to the community who live and work in the area and acts as a platform for them to have a voice which might otherwise go unheard.

Volunteers from The Lesbian & Gay Foundation (The LGF) got involved in arty workshops and helped create The LGF's float for Manchester Day Parade 2014. They had brilliant fun on the day and this video captures all their shenanigans!

The Russian flag is over the city, people are united....On 4 May 2015 Lord Mayor of Manchester, Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, and Russian Community took part in commemorative events on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany.

I landed in MRI-hospital and it turned out to be a matter of heart.
