In April 2011, Breakthrough UK - an organisation of disabled people based in Ardwick, Manchester - launched the Right to Control, a new initiative that give disabled people control over their personal budget and allow them to buy-in their own support / needs.
But what does the Right to Control mean and do? I spoke to a few people who where involved in the Right to Control and asked for their opinions on it.
